I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Simon" April 7, 2008 ( Dave Mousley CEO/ Partner Red Vision / CGI and production BAFTA & RTS award-winning company April 7, 2008 ) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"At New Bond Street Asset Management we used Simon's MansionElect research service during 2007. Being both comprehensive and providing the unexpected and alternative, Mansionmedia's service made a great combination with the International FT editions. I have also found Simon Knight to have wide and surprising relevant connections in capital introduction and specialist advisors. In 2006 he facilitated for us negotiations on a foreign reserve management contract." ( Klaus Peter Rosemann COO / Founder Partner NBSAM / March 11, 2008) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Simon has been a longstanding business associate throughout my days in Europe since 1991, first indirectly in production, distribution, pay tv/vod and more directly since '99, when I founded Rights Stuff BV (content strategy/acquisition/distribution for new media across various platforms and business models).
His expertise includes a wide knowledge in fields complementary to Rights Stuff, ie from the angles/ fields of M&A finance (media) and research (new media/trends/programming/new companies/tracking).
We'd hired Simon initially on special projects and then it evolved to indispensable regular ongoing part time research for trends and developments background in various new media particuarly applicable to the film/tv content licensing services of Rights Stuff, ie film and tv offerings in mobile, internet (web portals/sites etc), handheld devices, via different consumer and business models eg ad supported, rental, purchase (download to own), subscription etc.
I highly recommend him including for his selective (less is more, don't inundate) approach to research and his ability to tap into related digital and human networks

“Simon Knight has been assisting the Hexayurt Project off-and-on since late 2007, and largely acts as our strategic advisor on business development and financing issues. He has developed an extremely comprehensive global map of how the world works and how things get done which has enabled him to provide pertinent information that we did not know we needed on several occasions. I think it is this global strategic map which makes Simon so valuable as an advisor. It doesn't hurt that he knows people from every walk of life and has a very broad international footprint either. In terms of working with Simon, he's useful in two modes. When you need to know something, you can ask him to have think about the question at hand, and he'll come back with an opinion, and usually two or three points of contact for further action. Even more useful is the informal "Simon Knight News Flash" where you occasionally get a vital piece of information about something you would never otherwise have discovered, usually that directly impacts your operations or represents a new opportunity in a direction you are not currently moving forwards in. In today's complex and accelerating global environment, nobody is able to keep up with all of the fields which affect their operations. It's very useful to have Simon around keeping an eye out in his corner of the world for what affects yours. Highly recommended.” September 23, 2008
